Our new bathroom is almost finished!
As I have mentioned, there is a room in my house that haunts me. A room that at first taunted me with it nastiness and, since gutting it two years ago, now sits at the end of our hallway smirking at me, daring me to pick up a tool and actually “get some work done, already!” But I just walk by, head down in shame. “Yeah, I didn’t think so,” scoffs the room, as IÂ divert my eyes and try to ignore its existence
Well that room can suck it cause we worked on it last weekend!
Here is what the bathtub for that room used to look like:
It’s in the big white Kohler box peeking out from under an embarrassing display of remodeling refuse.
And here’s what it looks like now:
Look at that progress!!! Not only did we unearth the big white bathtub box from the mound of crap, we moved it approximately 4 feet and then got really ambitious and rotated it 90 degrees!
It was one small step for our bathroom and one giant leap for Joey and me.
I can't wait to see the finished project!
Let's see, two years…at this rate, carry the 3…hmm…some time around 2017 is my guess 🙂
I take it this is not your only bathroom, because I've found gutting your only bathroom is a great motivator to get it done quickly (even if your kind neighbors let you use their shower)

Gene – I love your math and I think you're addition is correct! You're also correct that we have another bathroom. Thank goodness – our neighbors would be so sick of us by now!
