4 cities in 12 hours
So. There’s a blizzard in 50 percent of the county on the day I need to fly home. Here’s what my flight back to Milwaukee was supposed to look like:
Wednesday, Feb 2
Fly Portland to Denver, then Denver to Milwaukee, landing at 10:48 p.m. Nice and simple.
Here’s what it looks like now:
Wednesday, Feb 2
Leave Portland shortly before midnight, land in Houston on THURSDAY, hop on a plane to Cleveland, then get on yet another plane heading to Milwaukee.
I hate snow.
On the plus side, this gives me a bit more time in Oregon and I really want to see the Japanese Gardens. Now I can!
Oh, I LOVE the Japanese Gardens in Portland! We took my parents there when they came out for our wedding reception last August. It will be a little cooler for you now though. Enjoy your free time in Portland! If you’re really bored, you could go hang out with Bryan’s parents 🙂
