To the friend I’ll be seeing less of, you know who you are.
In my life, I’ve had about 6 friendships that developed instantly, where you just click with someone else and the rest is good-buddy history. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of those friends will be coming around a little less often. I made her a card to express my sadness and I don’t think she’d mind it if I share it with you.
In case you can’t read it, the outside says:
“Life used to be all puppies, rainbows and unicorns.”
And the inside says:
“Now it sucks.” And I depicted the suckiness by using my profound artistic abilities to sketch out dead puppies, murdered rainbows and suicidal unicorns. And then labeled them accordingly because I did not want to leave my artistic renderings open to interpretation.
I think Hallmark will be calling me any second now.
