Possible inheritor of the anti-klutz gene
Last night, as I got ready for bed, exchanging my contacts for glasses and covering my face in a smattering of zit cream, I heard Addy coming my way. I could hear the “blop, blop” of her little feet as she slammed them to the ground in a rudimentary effort to walk, her proud giggles echoing down the hallway.
I peeked my head out the doorway to catch a glimpse of her stumbling towards me. But all that came into my frame of view was her belly-flopping around the corner as she tumbled to the ground, unfazed and smiling. As always, she pushed herself right back up and got back to walking.
Addy is 10-1/2-months-old and has pretty much given up crawling. I hope this means she’s inherited Joey’s athletic prowess instead of my extreme lack of coordination.
- I’m on a boat!
- You know it’s Friday…
She is so cute!!
WOW! That is too much. Weren't you just plunking her on the kitchen counter like 5 minutes ago?!
